About This Game
Free-to-play Gangs of Sherwood is an action game designed primarily for cooperative play. The title was developed by the team of Appeal Studios – developers whose portfolio includes, among others, the cult game Outcast. The release of this project was handled by Nacon.
Gangs of Sherwood takes us on a journey into a universe inspired by the legends of Robin Hood. The Sheriff of Nottingham comes into possession of the Philosopher’s Stones, allowing his army to make a great technological leap, making it stronger than ever. To the aid of the people ruled with an iron fist, none other than Robin Hood, accompanied by his faithful friends – Lady Marion, Friar Tuck and Little John.
In Gangs of Sherwood Download, we look at the action from a third-person perspective (TPP). The production offers us the vast Sherwood Forest, overlooked by the Sheriff of Nottingham’s flying castle. Our base is the hiding place where Robin and his entourage prepare for their next missions. Traveling through different places, we try to steal as much as possible from the rich and then give the loot to the poor… or leave it to ourselves.
